This one depicts a hand painted Christmas elf holding a lantern. He has an acrylic hair beard. It is labelled on the back "Sevi 1831 Italy Südtirol", and was recently purchased with a large group of Italian wood items. The ornament is in very good condition with little to no paint loss & misses, color rubs, surface wear, and manufacture imperfections in the wood & paint finish. The pull string mechanism works smoothly. It is about 5 1/2" long/tall from the top of his hat to the bottom of the pull ball. Age unknown-I would guess 1970's-1980's.
