This is an OFFICIAL NATIONAL LEAGUE (Coleman) Baseball signed by Baseball Hall of Famer, 8x All Star, 1995 World Series Champion, 1999 NL MVP, 2008 MLB Batting Champion, member of the Braves Hall of Fame and former Braves 3rd baseman CHIPPER JONES in black pen. The signature rates a 5.5/10. The ball itself is lightly to moderately toned and spotted throughout. Please look at pictures for further detail. The Atlanta Braves selected Jones as the first pick overall in the 1990 MLB Draft and signed him to a contract with a $275,000 signing bonus. Atlanta expressed a desire to select pitcher Todd Van Poppel as the first pick; however, Van Poppel explicitly stated that he would not sign with the Braves. This ball comes with a JSA COA card and sticker affixed to the ball.
